1. Introduction

This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all requests for return, replacement, exchange, or refund for products purchased from Meditation Crafts (“Website”). All customers (“You”, “Your”) are expected to read this Policy prior to placing an order.

Due to the spiritual, energetic, and personal-use nature of our products, certain items are strictly non-returnable. This Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and relevant Indian regulations.

2. Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

The following categories cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances (except damaged or incorrect items):

• Tumbled stones & clusters
• Healing kits and sets

2.2 Rudraksha Products

• Rudraksha beads
• Rudraksha malas/bracelets
• Certified Rudraksha

2.3 Aromatherapy & Ritual Products

• Incense sticks
• Dhoop cones
• Smudging tools (sage, palo santo, herbs)
• Essential oils
• Candles

2.4 Meditation & Yoga Items

• Meditation cushions
• Meditation chairs
• Yoga mats (used/opened)
• Yoga props

2.5 Other Non-returnable Items

• Clearance / discounted products
• Customized products
• Gift cards
• Items with visible signs of use

These restrictions ensure energetic sanctity, hygiene, and product integrity.

3. Eligible Returns & Replacements

We accept return/exchange requests only in the following cases:

• Wrong Product Received
• Damaged or Defective Item - applicable if broken, cracked, leaked, torn, or transit damage
• Incomplete Order
• Major Mismatch between product description and actual item

4. Mandatory Requirements For Any Claim

4.1 Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

• Video must show the sealed package being opened
• Must show 360° view of parcel
• No edits, cuts, or pauses
• Claims without video are rejected

4.2 Visual Proof

• Clear photos/videos of damage
• Packaging
• Product label

4.3 Timeline

Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

5. RETURN & REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Step 1 — Submit Request

• Email support@meditationcrafts.com
• Include Order ID, unboxing video, photos, and reason

Step 2 — Verification

Quality team reviews within 2-4 business days.

Step 3 — Approval or Rejection

If approved, You may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund (rare cases only).

Step 4 — Return Pickup

If required, items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed using:

• Same payment method (7-10 working days)
• Store credit (valid for 6 months)
• Replacement

No refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Natural variations in crystals
• Damage after delivery
• Incorrect usage

7. Exclusions & Restrictions

This Policy does not apply to:

• Intentional damage
• Negligence
• Requests after 48 hours
• Unauthorized returns
• Missing original packaging

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Customer-Initiated

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours. After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.

8.2 Company-Initiated

We may cancel orders due to fraud, payment issues, inventory shortage, or incorrect address.

9. Shipping For Returns

Shipping costs are reimbursed only when the Company is at fault (wrong/damaged product).

10. Liability Limitation

• Minor variations are natural
• No guaranteed outcomes from energetic/spiritual items
• Transit delays not in our control

11. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to Delhi, India jurisdiction.
