1. Introduction

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of Meditation Crafts. By placing an order with us, you (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to the terms outlined herein. This Policy governs the dispatch, delivery, shipping timelines, risk of loss, and logistics handling of all products sold via our platform.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Order Confirmation & Verification

  • Upon placing an order, You will receive an automated confirmation email/SMS.
  • For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully processed before the order is dispatched.
  • For COD orders, the Company may carry out additional verification.

2.2 Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 24-48 business hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • Delays may occur in case of high order volume, stock unavailability, or operational constraints.

3. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

3.1 Domestic Deliveries (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 working days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4-7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7-10 working days

These timelines are non-binding estimates provided by courier partners.

3.2 International Shipping

Currently unavailable. If introduced in the future, separate charges and customs handling guidelines will apply.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined based on:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Weight & size of the package

Thresholds for free shipping (e.g., Free above ₹999) may vary based on promotional offers or location-based conditions. All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Courier & Logistics Partners

We ship through reputed 3rd-party logistics partners, including but not limited to:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ekart
  • India Post (for limited and remote serviceable PIN codes)

The Company reserves the right to assign or change the courier partner at its discretion.

6. Packaging & Handling

To ensure safe and damage-free delivery, all items are packed using:

  • Multi-layer protective wrapping
  • Bubble wrap & tamper-proof packaging
  • Waterproof outer layer
  • Energy cleansing rituals (for crystals & spiritual items)

The customer must not accept any package that appears tampered, torn, or physically damaged.

7. Dispatch & Tracking

7.1 Dispatch Notification

Once shipped, You will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link via SMS/email

7.2 Tracking Updates

Tracking updates depend on courier databases. Delays in reflecting status are outside the Company's control.

8. Failed / Missed Delivery Attempts

A package may be marked as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone number unreachable
  • Customer refusal
  • Area restrictions

Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2-3 times. After repeated failures, the order is returned to origin (RTO). Reshipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes, lockdowns, political disturbances
  • Customs restrictions
  • Logistics disruptions
  • Peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, festive sales)

The Company is not liable for such delays but will assist the customer in tracking and resolving the issue.

10. Risk Of Loss & Damages

10.1 Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.

10.2 Damaged / Tampered Packages

If You receive a damaged package, You must:

  • Record an unboxing video
  • Raise a complaint within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos

Failure to provide an unboxing video voids eligibility for claims.

11. Lost Or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier
  • Resolution may take 7-15 working days
  • Refund/replacement will be processed only after confirmation from the courier

12. Inaccurate Address / Customer Error

The Company is not liable for orders undelivered due to incorrect address or customer negligence. If returned, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to deliver orders due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Acts of God
  • Epidemics
  • Natural calamities
  • Government actions
  • Network failures
  • War or civil unrest
